      “James McConnell Nesbit, the youngest son of John Nesbit, was born October 24, 1809; became a farmer and inherited the old family homestead. He was married May 23, 1839, to Anna Eliza Woods, daughter of Stephen Woods, of Washington, Pennsylvania. He deovted his time entirely to his farm except such as was occupied in local public and church matters. He was one of the founders of the First Presbyterian church of Oakdale, and his death occurred at his home May 17, 1877.”
