Notes |
- Major Christopher Bishir served in the State Militia. He is the first of the Bishirs to appear on the tax roles for Highland Co., in 1826 in Union Twp. He is in Liberty Twp. from 1830-1832, then in Dodson Twp. from 1836-1859.
He ran for Coroner on the Democratic ticket in 1865.
