      BEROSKE Larry C. Larry C. Beroske, 64, of Maumee, died Wednesday, February 18, 2009, at St. Luke's Hospital, Maumee. Larry was born October 1, 1944, in Toledo to the late Elmer and Beatrice (Bisher) Beroske. He married Vicki L. Whitman on February 6, 1966 and she survives. Also surviving are two daughters, JoLynn Schrader, Perrysburg and Tonya Miller, Maumee and four grandchildren, Nicholas and Samantha Schrader, Jacob and Brittany Miller. One brother, Douglas Beroske, also preceded him in death. Larry retired in 2007 from the U.S. Postal Service, where he was a mail carrier in the Perrysburg area for 20 years. He was previously employed with Toledo Scale for 25 years. A 1962 graduate of Grand Rapids High School, Larry was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War. He was a 30-year member of A.A. and enjoyed gardening and landscaping in his yard. Larry also found great joy in spending time with his grandchildren and attending their sporting events. Visitation will be Sunday from 2-8 p.m. in the Wright-Hobbs Funeral Home, Grand Rapids, where funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, February 23, 2009. Burial will follow at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery preceded by military rites by the Grand Rapids American Legion. Memorials are suggested to Hospice of Northwest Ohio. Online condolences can be expressed at www.wright-hobbs.com
